Part of the community program offerings of the City of Warren, Michigan, the Recreational Dance Program provides a place for the local community to get learn from professional instructors. This program is under the direction Ms. Bernie Knapp of the Knapp School of Dance in Warren, Mi. Every year, the students have an opportunity to show off what they have learned at the annual recital!
